ABSTRACT:
A dispersing agent for dispersing solid particles in an organic liquid having the composition ##STR1## wherein ##STR2## is the residue of a polyester chain having a molecular weight of at least 1700, derived from a hydroxycarboxylic acid containing 16-22 carbon atoms, ##STR3## is the residue of a mono or polyamide having up to 12 amido bonds, which is amino terminated in both ends and wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each independently hydrogen or alkyl or alkenyl containing up to 20 carbon atoms;
