Polyaspartamide derivatives as adsorbents for bile acids, polyaspartamide derivatives loaded with bile acids and process for their preparation and their use as pharmaceuticals
.alpha..sup.- or .beta.-linked polyaspartamide derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## in which R.sup.I R.sup.II, R.sup.III, R.sup.IV, r, s, t, u and v have the stated meanings, are described. They adsorb bile acids and can be used as pharmaceuticals.
