ABSTRACT:
A pocket type having a retractable blade that can be slidably extended from a casing in either of two directions. End sections of the blade are specially configured to perform tool functions, such as sawing, cutting, filing, screw-driving, or bottle cap opening. A special latch structure is provided for firmly and rigidly retaining the blade in various positions of adjustment.
