ABSTRACT:
A gage according to the present invention for use in measuring engagement parts of a pneumatic hose coupler and including a body and a spring loaded contact rotatably mounted to the body. The body includes an alignment part for locating the gage on the coupler and a member for contacting one of the engagement parts. The contact is biased into contact with another of the engagement parts and calibrated indicator marks provide a visual indication of the angular distance between the two parts. Sights through the gage measure another angular dimension between coupler engagement parts. The gage also includes a plug part for measuring vertical clearance between other parts of the coupler.
