ABSTRACT:
The present embodiments provide a plasma display panel includes first and second substrates facing each other, barrier ribs dividing a plurality of discharge cells between the first and second substrates, phosphor layers coated in the discharge cells, display electrodes extending in a first direction corresponding to the discharge cells between the first and second substrates, address electrodes arranged on the first substrate corresponding to the discharge cells and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a dielectric layer formed on the first substrate while covering the address electrodes. Each of the address electrodes includes an insulating glass layer formed along a periphery of the electrode. The dielectric layer includes TiO2within a range of 5-15% by weight.
