ABSTRACT:
This invention provides a plant-activating agent which can activate plants effectively and give a liquid preparation stable in storage for a long time. In this invention, (A) a C12-19mono-alcohol and (B) a C20-30mono-alcohol are used together with a surfactant, a fertilizer component and a chelating agent if necessary.
