ABSTRACT:
An antenna consisting of a single small and lightweight package, where each radiating element operates independently with reduced interference among the radiating elements. An integrated multi-element planar antenna includes a ground pattern2with a notch2bformed at an end2a, first radiating element3placed on one side of the notch2band equipped with a feeder5, and second radiating element4placed on the other side of the notch2band equipped with a feeder5. For example, inverted F antennas are used as the first radiating element3and second radiating element4. The first radiating element3and second radiating element4are placed symmetrically about the notch2bsuch that separation distance will be the largest at locations where their radiation fields are the highest.
