A compound represented by formula (I) wherein R1represents hydrogen atom and R2represents hydroxyl group, or R1and R2may combine together to represent oxo group or oxime group; R3represents hydrogen atom and R4represents hydroxyl group, or R3and R4may combine together to represent oxo group or oxime group; R5represents hydrogen atom and R6represents hydroxyl group, or R5and R6may combine together to represent oxo group or oxime group; R7represents hydrogen atom and R8represents hydrogen atom, or R7and R8may combine together to represent oxo group or oxime group; R9and R10represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an alkenyl group. The compound is useful as an active ingredient of a medicament having angiogenesis suppressive activity, apoptosis suppressive activity, and cell cycle inhibitory activity
