ABSTRACT:
A drip irrigation pipe for use aboveground having conical apertures in the wall of the pipe at spacings corresponding to the space between the plants to be irrigated. The apertures diverge from the inside to the outside of the wall, with a center line making an angle of between 14.degree. to 30.degree. to the axis of the pipe and oriented in the direction of the water flow. Water is supplied at drip irrigation pressure of 10-35 p.s.i.
