ABSTRACT:
A pin loading system to load wire wrap pins into a master interconnect bo. A loading fixture includes a rod positioned within a wedge formed by the inclined interiors of a pair of abutting clamps. Its height therein may be varied by adjustment of a pair of knobs, allowing the alternative loosening and securing of pins to be mounted to a board. A shim placed below the fixture during the wave soldering process assures resilient pin connection.
