An exercise apparatus comprised of a base, a plurality of walls, and a user area, said user area being comprised of a sitting portion and a bending portion, wherein said bending portion is above the sitting portion when a user is seated on said sitting portion, wherein said base is formed by said walls; and wherein said walls, sitting portion, and bending portion to an opening.An exercise apparatus comprised of a base and a rocking portion, said base being comprised of a plurality of walls, and a user area, said user area being comprised of a sitting portion and a bending portion, wherein said bending portion is above the sitting portion when a user is seated on said sitting portion, wherein said base is formed by said walls; and wherein said walls, sitting portion, and bending portion form an opening.
