ABSTRACT:
Lead of ternary or quaternary piezoelectric ceramic compound is decreased by 0.1 to 5 percent by mole with respect to piezoelectric ceramic compound piezoelectric ceramic compound the lead of which is partially replaced with calcium, barium or strontium, and the decrease of lead prevent the ternary or quaternary piezoelectric ceramic compound from undesirable segregation of lead compound at the grain boundaries so as to improve the mechanical output.
