Compounds of Formula (1) and salts thereof:wherein:M is 2H, Si, a metal, an oxymetal group, a hydroxymetal group or a halometal group;Pc represents a phthalocyanine nucleus;R1and R3are H or optionally substituted C1-4alkyl;R2and R4are H or optionally substituted hydrocarbyl;x is 0.0 to 3.9; y is 0.1 to 4.0; z is 0 to 3.9. Compositions, inks, ink-jet printing processes and cartridges, printed materials and ink jet printing cartridges are also disclosed.
