ABSTRACT:
A photosensitive resin composition which comprises a resin containing at least one repeating unit represented by the following general formulae (I) and (II): ##STR1## The photosensitive resin composition is soluble in an aqueous alkaline solution and the cured product thereof has good alkali resistance. Furthermore, the resin composition not only has excellent solubility and production suitability, but also has high chemical resistance.
