ABSTRACT:
A photosensitive member for electrophotography, including an electroconductive substrate and a photosensitive layer disposed thereon, wherein the photosensitive layer comprises a substituted amino compound represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X denotes --O--, --S--, or ##STR2## R.sub.1 denotes a hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkoxyl or halogen atom; and R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 respectively denote an alkyl, aralkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group.
