ABSTRACT:
Compounds corresponding to Formula I are suitable as light stabilizers for the image dyes produced from colour couplers by chromogenic development. They are also suitable as oil formers for the colour couplers. In a colour photographic recording material, they are preferably used in combination with a pyrazoloazole coupler and associated with a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer. ##STR1## In Formula I, R.sup.1 denotes H, a group which can be split off under alkaline conditions, alkyl or aryl;
