ABSTRACT:
A discharge bypass line 200 is formed for forcibly discharging printing paper 3 from a print transport line extending from a paper cutter 51 to a collating station 74. A no-cut discharge control device 5f discharges the printing paper 3 fed to the paper cutter 51 to the discharge bypass line 200 without cutting the printing paper, in response to a signal from a print transport trouble detecting device 5g for detecting a print transport disrupting trouble occurring in the print transport line.
