ABSTRACT:
A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is described, containing: (1) a non-diffusing coupler forming a dye on reacting with an oxidation product of a color developing agent, said dye having diffusibiity of the extent that it exhibits controlled smearing; and (2) a DIR compound releasing a diffusing development inhibitor or its precursor through a coupling reaction. This light-sensitive material is improved in both granularity and sharpness, and has high sensitivity.
