ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to an imaging element comprising a photographic element comprising a base, at least one color forming layer comprising at least one silver halide emulsion layer, and one dye forming coupler, wherein said base comprises a transparent polymer sheet having laminated thereto a microvoided biaxially oriented polyolefin sheet and wherein said polymer sheet has an upper surface that has a roughness of between 0.3 and 2.0 .mu.m.
