ABSTRACT:
A photoconductor for electrophotography is composed of a conductive substrate, an undercoat layer formed on the conductive substrate, a charge generating layer formed on the undercoat layer and a charge transporting layer formed on the charge generating layer. The undercoat layer comprises a crosslinked polyamide represented by the following formula, ##STR1## wherein m and n stand for positive integers.
