ABSTRACT:
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a supporting substrate, a hole blocking layer thereover, a photogenerating layer and a charge transport layer, and wherein the hole blocking layer is comprised of a crosslinked siloxane polymer schematically represented by ##STR1## wherein A, B, and C are the repeating units on the polymer backbone; D and E are divalent linkages; R' and P" are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, cyano, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, acyl, alkoxycarbonyl, and aryloxycarbonyl; and x, y, and z are the molar fractions of the repeating monomer units such that the sum of x+y+z equal to about 1.
