A new and distinct cultivar ofPhotiniaplant named ‘Parbri’ characterized by its upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; greyed-purple stem coloration; leaves that are greyed-purple when developing and yellow-green when fully expanded; and undulating leaves with serrulate margins.
