ABSTRACT:
An organic phosphorus compound represented by the following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently represent alkyl having 1-8 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 5-8 carbon atoms, alkylcycloalkyl having 6-12 carbon atoms, arylalkyl having 7-12 carbon atoms or phenyl; R.sup.3 represents hydrogen or alkyl having 1-8 carbon atoms, X represents a direct bond or --CH(R.sup.4)-- wherein R.sup.4 represents hydrogen or alkyl having 1-8 carbon atoms; a phosphorus type stabilizer for various organic materials such as synthetic resins or synthetic rubbers or an organic material composition comprising the same.
