The present invention relates to new nitrogen-containing organophosphorus compounds having aryloxy substituents bonded to phosphorus in ester structures. ##STR1## R' is aryl of 6 to 10 carbon atoms, R" is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or haloaryl of 1 to 15 carbon atoms, or no more than one carboethoxymethyl group, and where the halogen on the aryl group is bromine, chlorine or fluorine,
