A new and distinct cultivar ofPhloxplant named ‘Sunphlocobu’, characterized by its compact and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; pale violet-colored flowers with dark violet purple-colored central star; freely and continuous flowering habit; and good garden performance.
