ABSTRACT:
A training device to assist medical personnel in learning and practicing phlebotomy and other intravenous penetration techniques. The device is worn like a glove or a sleeve and possesses a network of rubber tubing which simulates a portion of the human circulatory system. The device may contain multiple sections of tubing in order to allow continued use of the device without need for repair or replacement of the tubing after sustained use.
