ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to phenylacetic acid derivatives having the formula: ##STR1## in which A represents a grouping ##STR2## R, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, which may be the same or different, represent each hydrogen or an alkyl group, and represents a single or double carbon-carbon bond; and their salts with inorganic and organic bases. Said compounds possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities that make them therapeutically useful, in particular for the treatment of rheumatic diseases and of local inflammations.
