ABSTRACT:
A phenoxypyridine compound represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein X represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an amino group, a cyano group, a hydroxy group, a halogen atom, or a 2-chloro-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy group, which compound is useful as a herbicide or an intermediate for agricultural chemicals, is disclosed.
