ABSTRACT:
An input signal and a signal obtained by delaying that input signal are compared, an output signal is produced based on the amount of the delay, and the output signal is used to form a control signal by a low pass filter etc. The delay of the input signal is controlled so as to produce a plurality of stable clocks and enable stable high speed signal processing without raising the clock frequency.
