ABSTRACT:
Amidinoformic acids and amidinosulphinic acids which are histamine H.sub.2 -antagonists. A specific compound of this invention is N-[2-(3-(1,2,5)-thiadiazolylmethylthio)ethyl]amidinoformic acid.
