Pharmaceutical tablets and capsule granulates for oral administration, with controlled release of the active substance, comprising scleroglucan and active substance and pharmaceutical acceptable excipients, said tablets being prepared by mechanically mixing said substances in the solid state and directly compressing, and said granulates being prepared by mechanically disintegrating said tablets.
