ABSTRACT:
A pharmaceutical preparation, which has an anti-hypertensive and cardio-protective effect, which coprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of a combination of .alpha.-isopropyl-.alpha.-[(N-methyl-N-homoveratryl)-.gamma.-aminopropyl]- 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-acetonitrile in the form of pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt, 2,4,7-triamino-6-phenyl-pteridine and 6-chloro-3,4-dihydro-7-sulfamoyl-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine-1,1-dioxide as acitve ingredients, in combination with a carrier and auxiliary materials in single dosage form.
