ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation comprising as an active ingredient at least one rhamnolipid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a carrier and/or diluent, preferably comprising a rhamnolipid of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 =H, alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl; ##STR2## R.sub.3 =(C.sub.5 -C.sub.20)-saturated, -mono- of poly-unsaturated alkyl; R.sub.4 =(C.sub.5 -C.sub.20)-saturated, -mono- of poly-unsaturated alkyl;
