ABSTRACT:
A pharmaceutical formulation comprising organic or inorganic selenium, .beta.-carotene or vitamin A, ascorbic acid or a salt or ester thereof; .alpha.-tocopherol or a derivative thereof, methionine and coenzyme Q10 together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier therefor suitable for treating such diseases as primary biliary cirrhosis.
