ABSTRACT:
Patients susceptible to or suffering from central nervous system disorders are treated by administering an effective amount of an aryl substituted olefinic amine compound or an aryl substituted acetylenic compound. Exemplary compounds are N-methyl-4-(3-pyridinyl)-3-butyne-1-amine.
