ABSTRACT:
A pharmaceutical composition, for use in the desensitization therapy of humans allergic to non-infective allergens, comprises a non-infective allergen and an adjuvant consisting of a C.sub.10-22 alkyl ester of tyrosine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
