ABSTRACT:
An alkali soluble hot melt composition for melt blowing applications is described which maintains a viscosity of at least 50,000 cp at temperatures of 350.degree. F. The adhesive composition in cludes about 20% to about 95%, by weight, of an alkali soluble polymer; about 0% to about 50%, by weight, of a crystalline resin; about 0-50% by weight, of a suitable filler; and about 0% to about 50%, by weight, of a suitable plasticizer.
