ABSTRACT:
A cosmetic composition is provided that includes an inositol phosphate dispersed within petroleum jelly through aid of a lipid system. The lipid system may include such components as a phosphatide, a sterol, a C.sub.10 -C.sub.22 fatty acid and combinations thereof.
