ABSTRACT:
A process of removing soil and/or stains from fabrics by immersing the fabrics in a peroxygen bleach bath containing as a peroxygen activator a N-sulfonylazole of the formula ##STR1## where Z represents the number of carbon and nitrogen atoms necessary to complete a heterocyclic ring selected from the class consisting of pyrazole, pyrrole, triazole, and benzotriazole wherein said ring can be substituted with phenyl, alkyl of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, halogen, amino, cyano, nitro, alkoxy of 1 to 10 carbon atoms and R is an alkyl radical of 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
Also described are dry blend compositions containing the bleach bath components.
