ABSTRACT:
A hydrophobic porous inorganic carrier particle having at least a pore volume of 0.1 ml/g consisting of pores with a diameter of 7 to 50 .ANG. and having a perfume absorbed into said particle. The invention also comprises a detergent composition containing the carrier particle and a method of manufacturing the carrier particle.
