New compositions having the following general formula: ##STR1## in which A. C.sub.n F.sub.2n+1 represents a straight or branched perfluorinated chain with n being 1 and 20.
B. X.sup.- is an anion such as a halogen, a sulfate, an alkyl sulfate.
