ABSTRACT:
Novel peptide derivatives, inclusive of salts thereof, of the formula ##STR1## wherein A represents monocyclic or bicyclic hydrocarbon group, R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 are independently hydrogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl or phenyl-C.sub.1-4 alkyl, and R.sup.2, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are independently hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl, have inhibitory activities of angiotensin converting enzyme and bradykinin decomposing enzyme, and are useful as antihypertensive agents.
