A new and distinct variety ofPennisetum alopecuroidesplant named ‘PAV300’ is characterized by its semi-dwarf and compact, dense growth habit with green-white variegated leaves that are finer and more narrow than other varieties ofPennisetum alopecuroides.‘PAV300’ is further characterized by a medium-sized inflorescence which is green with a purple tinge.
