The contact side of the frame is grooved to align with the pedal crank arm. The pedal is attached to a sliding block within the adjustment frame and is adjusted by a hand operated pull T-pin at multiple, known-radius, settings prearranged on the adjustment frame. In another embodiment, the T-pin is held in place by magnetic attraction between the T-pin and the sliding block.
