A new and distinct variety of flat peach tree, denominated ‘FLATQUEEN’, has a late evenness of maturity, a very aromatic taste and fruit is the same as ‘MAILLARFLAT’ ‘FLATPRETTY’ ‘FLATNICE’ and ‘FLATPRINCESSE’.
