ABSTRACT:
The patient examination table for medical examinations comprises a support structure, a patient rest plane, first movement means to rotate the patient rest plane in two directions about a horizontal axis, potentially covering an angular range of not less than 180 degrees, and a second movement means to translate the patient rest surface vertically in both directions.
