ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a method for splicing paper rolls. More particularly, in a mill roll stand which rotatably supports two paper rolls in face to face, opposing relationship and which allows the respective position of the two paper rolls to be mutually replaced, the present invention relates to a method for splicing the fully wound paper roll, which is not yet pulled out, with paper roll which is being continuously pulled out by correctly combining the respective inside and outside portions of the roll paper.
