ABSTRACT:
The Paint Roller Apparatus with Inherent Cleaning Capability constitutes a roller type apparatus upon which can be mounted a conventional paint roller pad, and which includes a means for coupling rotary energy to the roller part of the Apparatus and a means of swiveling the handle of the said apparatus and locking the said handle into either of two positions: one position for use of the apparatus as a paint applicator; the other position for use of the apparatus to clean the paint roller pad by applying the said rotary energy.
