A new and distinct cultivar ofPaeoniaplant named ‘Singing In The Rain II’, characterized by its compact and symmetric globular plant habit; vigorous growth habit; narrow and finely-divided foliage; freely flowering habit; bright yellow-colored flowers that are initially suffused with deep pink when opening and are arranged on strong peduncles just above and beyond the foliage; long flowering period; and good garden performance.
