ABSTRACT:
Packing materials for gas chromatography columns are disclosed. The columns can be used to separate polar compounds with low boiling points. The packing materials, which consist mainly of particulate RSiO.sub.3/2 resin, where R is alkyl, aryl or alkenyl, have excellent separation efficiencies.
